Private-launch access

Workspace access is invitation-based. Any fees, service commitments or additional commercial terms will be agreed before you purchase a service. The marketing website does not provide self-service subscriptions or payment checkout. App access is currently restricted to South Africa.

Your accounts and content

You must have authority to manage any workspace and external account you connect. Keep login details secure and grant access only to authorised people. You retain ownership of your content and grant the permissions necessary for us to store, display and transmit it as you request. You are responsible for the rights to your content, the accuracy of messages, and obtaining required recipient consent.

Connected platforms

External platforms control their eligibility rules, API permissions, charges and content policies. Connection availability depends on those requirements and can change. Postloom does not guarantee provider approval, uninterrupted API access, delivery or external-platform availability. Review scheduled content and verify publication status.

Appropriate use

Do not use Postloom for unlawful content, unsolicited messaging, impersonation, unauthorised access or attempts to bypass platform restrictions. We may restrict access to protect the service or address misuse.

Service changes and support

Private-launch features may change. Limits and support arrangements can be discussed during onboarding. Report problems to the support email above. These website terms do not replace any separate written agreement with Arlow or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
